Our Journey: From a Village Dream to a Global Digital Agency

My name is Samrat Adhikary. I grew up in a small village called Kadom Bari, located in Poysharhat, Agailjhara, Barishal. Coming from a middle-class family, I spent my childhood studying in the local village school.

At the age of 14, I first learned that people could earn money online. That idea stuck with me, and I became determined to build a career in the digital world. After years of dreaming and exploring, in 2020, I finally began studying digital marketing seriously. I dedicated myself completely to learning and growing in this field until 2024.

Eventually, I started working with clients from different countries. They appreciated the quality of my work, and their satisfaction gave me the confidence to keep moving forward. I became the first freelancer in my village, and I truly believe freelancing is a wonderful profession—especially for rural youth like us who want to do something big without leaving home.

In mid-2025, I felt it was time to do something even greater—not just for myself, but for others too. That’s when the idea of building a team came to life. And that’s how KB Freelancers was born.

Meet the Team

Biplob Mondol

Biplob comes from the same village and a similar middle-class background. We grew up together, and he was inspired by seeing my journey in freelancing. Today, Biplob is a skilled digital marketer and an important pillar of our team.

Sohag Adhikary

Sohag and I share a deep friendship since childhood. Coming from a middle-class family as well, he too was motivated by my progress. Now, he’s a talented digital marketer and a trusted member of KB Freelancers.

Sabuj Adhikary

Shobuj is another close friend who has been with us since our early days. Like the rest of us, he was raised in a humble background, and his dedication to freelancing has made him a strong contributor to our team.
